Ruben Silva, Wave Association of North, and Bernardo Nunes, Surfing the club Portugal, were the winners in the categories Open and Under-18, respectively, the third stage of the National Longboard Tour played this week-end at the beach of Ribeira d'Ilhas, Ericeira. Gustavo Froufe was the only representative of Ericeira Surf Club in the Open category, reaching the quarter-finals of proof. Another highlight is the Ericeirense John Brogueira, that was in 4th position this stage.
A proof that the Open category featured 32 registry, Ruben Silva returned to achieve a major victory on the circuit having also reached the top of the podium in the previous step, played in Costa da Caparica. Behind if ficaram José Lafuente (2º), Bruno Grandela (3º) and John Brogueira.
